All members of SPS Trekking Club, are invited to attend the trekking meeting to take place on 08-03-09 at 09:30AM hours at Rahim Abad as per the following agenda.

1. Over all review report of Trek 2007 by Mr.Aadil Shah, Information Secretary SPS Trekking Club.

2. Election for 2009-10.

3. Clearance of arrears/ financial report by Mr.Tariq Aziz, Finance Secretary, SPS Trekking Club.

4. Trek 2009, Mr.Iftikhar Ali will make presentation/discussion on proposed Trek.

5. Contribution of trek 2009.

6. Schedule of the Trek 2009.

7. Any other point that the meeting would like to add issues.
